This document outlines our Sweepstakes rules, detailing how participants can enjoy our services. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these rules and policies.
These Sweepstakes Rules must be read in conjunction with the AMERICANA CASINO TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT (T&C). Any term defined in the T&C has the same meaning when used in these Sweepstakes Rules.

Our Platform does not offer real-money gambling of any kind. Participation in sweepstakes is entirely free, and making a purchase or payment will not improve or increase your chances of winning. We periodically update these rules and policies to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Participation in sweepstakes does not require any purchase or payment. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. We provide participants the opportunity to play games and win free sweepstakes entries, referred to as “Sweepstakes Coins”. Sweepstakes Coins allow participation in promotional sweepstakes, offering eligible players a chance to win additional Sweepstakes Coins. These winnings can be redeemed for real prizes in accordance with these rules.
Important legal notice
These rules incorporate Clause 17 of the T&Cs, which includes:
A waiver of the right to pursue any claims as part of a class, group, or representative action.
A requirement to resolve disputes through individual arbitration only.
Participants will be provided a specified timeframe to opt out of Clause 17 if they choose.
Eligibility
To enter and participate in the sweepstakes, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, at the time of entry. The sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, excluding residents of certain prohibited jurisdictions, including but not limited to Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Michigan, Montana, Kentucky, and Quebec. The sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Each participant is responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and requirements in their location. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the sweepstakes rules and all decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Eligibility for receiving any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these rules.
Participation in the sweepstakes implies acceptance of these terms, as well as any additional Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other rules outlined by the sponsor.
Account Creation Requirement
To participate in the sweepstakes, you must have an active and verified user account with the sponsoring Platform. All entrants must create a free user account on the Platform before participating in the sweepstakes. This account is required to collect Sweepstakes Coins, participate in gameplay, and redeem potential prizes. Each user account must be verified according to Platform requirements. The account owner is responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date contact information associated with their account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts or attempts to create duplicate accounts may result in disqualification. The account must remain active to retain eligibility. Inactivity or deactivation may result in forfeiture of any accumulated Sweepstakes Coins or rewards. Account holders must agree to the Platform’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Sweepstakes Rules during registration. Continued use of the account and participation in the sweepstakes signifies acceptance of any updates or modifications to these policies.
Creating and maintaining a user account on the Platform is necessary to collect and redeem Sweepstakes Coins and participate fully in the sweepstakes. Failure to adhere to account creation requirements, including duplicate account creation, may lead to disqualification or forfeiture of rewards.
Ways to Play Sweepstakes Games.
Participants may use Sweepstakes Coins (SC) to engage in various Platform games for a chance to win additional SC, which may later be redeemed for prizes. Specific details for gameplay include: SC can be used across eligible games on the Platform, with each game displaying the required SC amount to participate. Players may increase stakes within certain games to potentially enhance winnings. SC earned through gameplay accumulates in a participant's account. Only SC won in these games is eligible for redemption towards prizes, at a rate equivalent to $1 USD per SC. Each SC must be played through at least once in eligible games before redemption. Additional play-through requirements may apply as determined by the Platform. The Platform offers a range of prize redemption options, including cash and gift cards, subject to minimum SC thresholds. Participants can increase SC balances through daily login bonuses, social media contests, referral programs, and mail-in requests, all of which follow Platform-specific rules and timeframes. Decisions made by the Platform regarding game results, prize values, and gameplay terms are final. Any updates to win rates, odds, or prize availability will be communicated within the game interface.
By using SC in these sweepstakes games, participants agree to all Platform rules, including any updates to gameplay and prize redemption terms.
The Request Card must be a 4” x 6” blank postcard or paper, handwritten in black ink, and include the your full name matching their Player Account, the registered email address linked to their account, the residential address associated with the your government ID, a unique Mail-In Request Code generated from your account in the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXXXXX (valid for 60 days and obtainable via the “Account” section of the Platform), the date the Request Card was prepared, and the statement:
“I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in Sweeps Play.”
Each Request Card must be placed in a standard #10 stamped envelopes, and only one Request Card is permitted per envelope. Each approved Request Card will earn three (3) SC, credited to your account within a reasonable time after processing. Request Cards containing missing, inaccurate, or illegible information, multiple colors of ink, or automated entries will be disqualified, as will any Request Card using tampered or shared Mail-In Request Codes. SC earned through this method is non-transferable and must be used for gameplay on the Platform. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected requests. By submitting a Request Card, Players agree to comply with all applicable rules, including residency and age eligibility requirements (minimum age: 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). This alternative method of entry ensures that no purchase is necessary to participate, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Expiration of Sweepstakes Coins.
Sweepstakes Coins will expire after 60 days of inactivity in your account. Inactivity is defined as the absence of login, gameplay, or coin redemption activities.
Restrictions and Disqualifications
Participants are prohibited from engaging in tampering, automation, or misuse of the Platform’s systems, including referral links or Sweepstakes Coin requests. Violations may result in disqualification and forfeiture of coins or prizes.
Prize Redemption
Sweepstakes Coins can be redeemed for prizes or other benefits as outlined on the Platform. Redemption is subject to terms and conditions, including verification of user eligibility.
How to Play Clause for Sweepstakes Policy
Players can use Sweepstakes Coins to play games on the Platform for a chance to win additional coins, which may be redeemable for prizes. Games display the required Sweepstakes Coins for participation, with options to adjust stakes for potentially higher winnings. Sweepstakes Coins must be played through at least once before becoming eligible for redemption.
Redemption for Prizes
Only Sweepstakes Coins earned through gameplay are eligible for redemption. Coins acquired through bonuses, daily rewards, or mail-in requests must first meet play-through requirements. The redemption value is standardized at $1 USD per Sweepstakes Coin. Minimum redemption thresholds (e.g., 100 Coins) apply and will be displayed on the Platform. Redemption requests must be submitted through the designated Platform processes and are subject to approval. Redemption requests are subject to processing times, typically up to 10 business days. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with their prize. Foreign exchange costs and other processing fees may apply. Prizes over $2,500 may require additional time for fraud prevention and clearance. Maximum redemption limits include:

$10,000 in total daily redemptions.
Game Operations and Prize Distribution

The request must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE). Requests must be handwritten in capital letters and black ink, and only one date may be requested per envelope. Multiple date requests in one envelope will result in processing for the earliest date listed. Requests not meeting the specified requirements may be rejected or delayed. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests. This clause ensures transparency in obtaining winners lists while maintaining clear instructions and limitations for participants.
Cancellation, Suspension, and Modification
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at our sole discretion if circumstances beyond its control—such as fraud, technical failures, or other factors affecting the Sweepstakes' integrity or function—make such actions necessary. Notice of such changes will be provided via the Sponsor’s official website or another communication method as specified in the Sweepstakes Rules.
We may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates the Sweepstakes Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Disqualified participants may forfeit prizes or any Sweepstakes-related benefits.
Any attempt to undermine the lawful operation of the Sweepstakes may result in criminal or civil legal action. The we reserve the right to seek damages and pursue all remedies available under the law against such individuals.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these rules at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights. All rules remain enforceable at the Sponsor’s/Promoter’s sole discretion.
In the event of an error, such as the accidental deletion, loss, or corruption of prizes or Sweepstakes Coins, the we may remedy the error by replacing the affected prizes or items, as determined at their sole discretion.
